How to be positive all the time
Hi everyone, today we are talking about positive changes and remain the same all time.but how it's possible? Any idea may be not, before starting I want to ask you the question why it's need I mean we can happy with negativity our life going good in this segment my answer is nah! No longer because it will destroy your thinking abilities and your mind will whole day disturb.but I have an idea so just starting the phase of this line.
1. Start a day with Sun 🌞
Yeah! This not fun I'm serious,if you want to think positive your day has to be positive. I mean start your morning with see the sun.it reflect in your body your mind.It can be beneficial for you, wake up on time. The journey of this stage is all about nature and morning habits and say to yourself a warm good morning and tell one thing that you're the best,your day will be best ever, whatever I say I will do,in so many time I did my best.
2. Live Without distractions 🎮
It is said that If you want something you have to forsake something.so this is the thing you have to forsake. This can be low yore energy and filled you depressed on your mind,your mind is a gift and you have to care for them then you can live freely. you have to think about your mind that how to use effectively. Devices can make your time waste. And give you all time regret so be careful, what you think and what to fill in mind.
3. Take a good food 🍒
Always take energetic food like start from fruits. This will help you to improve your body your mind. It give you relaxation and happy mood of your brain,so what are you thinking about go and take these things. Then you take some meal like green vegetables and roti if not take breads then you eat rice, with pulse I know it's heavy food but good for you so use this. And be clean take shower daily this will give you freshness.
4. Give sometimes to your God 🛕
I'm saying give time to God, it means not this that go daily in temple and worship no. I just want to say if you have some more time apart from your daily office or other substance work then you should go temple.their are so many people around you and what they do you can observe and you feel the peace of that place. Then your mind be peaceful. After that you start praying for God and say to your every negative thoughts and every problems. Then your mind relax.
5. Read book daily 📖
Yes, you have to read books because it will give you the power of thinking. And understand what the components and give you idea. Ideas is the sense you can think beyond everyone,like extraordinary personality you gain after reading books. Book are one of the best friend that never live you alone it will give you knowledge without demand anything. So Why do wait start your books journey I am sure you will enjoy most. Try it.
6. Set Realistic Goals:⛳
Ofcourse realistic goals matter a lot.if you haven't fix your goal you cannot find your success. Everybody make such a thing they thought so much but didn't take in action just because of procrastination and laziness.if you are doing these things then you have to take them in action with continuity without it you can't achieve,but make sure that it is not fake or showoff then you get them but if it is for your status or only people are doing then you are the same then it will not work.Break goals into manageable steps to maintain motivation and positivity.
